PageStow's current local core is free. This policy prepares the refund terms for future optional paid features purchased through PayPal.

Refund Window

For future one-time Pro Local purchases, refund requests should be accepted within 14 days of purchase if the user is not satisfied or the paid feature does not work as described.

Subscriptions

If PageStow later offers subscriptions, users should be able to cancel before the next renewal. Refunds for renewal charges should be reviewed case by case when requested promptly after renewal.

How To Request A Refund

Email support@tiybai.com with the PayPal transaction email or transaction ID, purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send private saved URLs, notes, or local archive files.

Processing

Approved refunds should be returned through the original PayPal payment path when possible. PayPal processing times and payment method timelines may vary.

Seller Disclosure

TIYBAI is the seller of future PageStow paid features. Google is not the seller and does not process PageStow website payments.
